In 2023, NTN made significant enhancements to our programs at critical phases. Online video-recorded interviews have expedited the hiring process, allowing departments to connect with candidates more effectively and gather pertinent job-related information for informed decision-making. Interviews can now seamlessly integrate with written testing, reducing overall process times by weeks or even months. NTN implemented paid online recruitment and drip campaigns to attract candidates and facilitate candidate connections with department recruiters. We also deployed background investigation dimensional score reporting to streamline interpretation.​

The success of NTN is evident in our continuous growth, with nearly 200 new clients onboarded and an active client base surpassing 1000. The heightened demand for NTN's products and services reflects the success of our solutions to address challenges faced by public safety agencies in recruiting within a competitive landscape.
